The above specification may be subject to change, although the standard and level of finishes will be commensurate with those already installed in the Show Apartment (81/2). Every apartment is being individually fitted out and therefore finishing items such as tiling and flooring etc listed above will be different in each apartment.The audio visual, lighting, security, control system and airconditioning will however be the same specification throughout. All flats have the above functionality but do not include user hardware supplied as standard. Ie - NO TVs (except those listed above), DVD player, SKY box, Radio or sound server.
